A groundbreaking approach to cultivating resilience in teams, leaders and organizations

The Resilient Culture

About the book

Technological disruption. The increasing pace of working life. Adapting to the green economy. Hybrid working. The modern worker faces unique challenges. To rise to them, being resilient has never been so important. But when it comes to improving individual, team, and organisation-wide resilience, the best path forward hasn’t always been clear. Until now.

»The Resilient Culture: How Collective Resilience Leads to Business Success« charts a course to building human resilience at the scale of an entire business or organization.

The book corrects currently misguided views of what resilience is. It demonstrates the utility of learning resilience skills and understanding our own unique resilience profiles. The book offers you to a ‘how to’ of anchoring resilience into the fabric of your business.

And in doing so, leaves it better prepared to face the challenges of the 21st Century.
